Jeremy Horwell worked for ********* Estates from 5th August – 1st September 2012 as a Freelance Butler for  ******* Lodge.

 

He was a very responsible, motivated and committed member of staff and was always very attentative to the needs of the guests. He very quickly became a valued member of the team and his duties were carried out to a very high standard. His appearance was always very smart and he had a very pleasant manner with both guests and his work colleagues. His communication skills were excellent in relaying information between guests and other members of staff.

 

I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy for any future employment and would very much look forward to having Jeremy return to ******** Lodge in the future.

I have been privileged to work with Jeremy from 2009 till 2012, and in this time I have learned so much about Jeremy’s professionalism and excellent skills working with people.

 

I have never had a problem working with Jeremy, he has always set an excellent example working in a team and had very good leadership skills. Jeremy was a firm but fair gentleman and had been highly respected by fellow staff members and myself. Not only did Jeremy exceed in his spectacular flower arrangements, but always went the extra mile of what was expected of him as a professional butler. I felt sad when I left my position as personal chef, because working with Jeremy made my job so much easier, helping and teaching me what was expected of me from our employer because he has been with him for such a long time.
